This session breaks down middle splits training into a clear, structured progression - from preparation to final hold - so you can build depth safely and consistently without forcing the stretch. We start with a targeted warm-up to activate the hips, inner thighs and supporting muscles, then move into progressive opening work to prepare the adductors and improve joint control. From there, you’ll work through straddle and frog positions to develop range, followed by technique-focused middle split variations that teach correct alignment, pelvic control, and how to load the stretch properly.
