Full Body Stretch

The Full Body Stretch class at Stretch Base is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to improve flexibility and overall body movement. This class offers a gentle, evenly distributed stretch that ensures every muscle gets the attention it needs without focusing too heavily on the lower body. It's designed to support your everyday movement, providing the best release for tension and tightness, while promoting a balanced, relaxed body. Whether you're new to stretching or looking to complement your other workouts, this class is an ideal foundation for better mobility and overall well-being.

AERO FLEX

AERO FLEX

Aero Flex involves performing stretching exercises while supported by a sling or harness. This technique uses the force of gravity to improve body strength, mobility and conditioning.

Aero Flex is our unique class that will get your heart pumping, balane in place and flexibility on point. If you like the idea of hanging upside down to release your spine, this class is for you.

AERIAL YOGA + MEDITATION

50 MINUTES

Join us in a slower, deeper Aerial Yoga class. Aerial yoga brings together traditional yoga with aerial arts. It will help your body soften, relax and decompress. You will experience deeper alignment and release through various poses and inversions while working on your balance and nervous system. The aerial hammock provides extra support, which allows you to deepen your practice and helps you stabilise your joints through simple movements. Through the gentle inversions, you will also experience a beautiful spinal decompression and traction, relieving pressure and tension from your back after days spent sitting down or on your feet.

At the end of the class, you will also experience an extended Shavasana with a small guided meditation to drop you deeper into a state of relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Come be held in the hammock and release the stress of your week!

AERO FLEX
INTERMEDIATE

50 MINUTES

This class will be suitable for students who have basic aerial (or silks) experience and feel comfortable going upside down. 

This class include some stretch and conditioning excercises to keep building core and grip strength to aid aerial poses and movements.

AEROFLEX INTERMEDIATE ELEMENTS

50 MINUTES

Aeroflex Intermediate Elements will be suitable for students who are willing to join us for our Aeroflex Intermediate (or who have already joined but are willing to perfect). We will go over and practice some crucial Aerial elements, plus there will be 25 minutes of self-practice (supervised).

Classes will include some conditioning exercises to keep building core and grip strength to aid poses and movements. And self practice time.

An aerial fitness class, featuring anti-gravity workouts, combines strength training and suspension exercises using aerial hammocks. Participants engage in dynamic movements, utilising their own body weight for resistance, enhancing core stability and glute strength, flexibility, and overall strength in a unique and challenging environment.

Barre is a hybrid workout class - designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout.

 

Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.

 

The muscles in each group are fatigued via small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light resistance.

 

In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility.

Join us for a deeply relaxing crystal soundbath experience. This unique session is designed to harmonise your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and at peace.

Choose to float gently in our aerial hammocks or lie grounded on the floor as harmonic frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, designed to balance your body’s energy centers and promote healing, wash over you.

Experience a deep state of meditation, relaxation, reduced stress, and enhanced wellbeing. This session is a moment of tranquility in your day, supporting your journey to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

The Calm Kids class is a fusion of smart body exercises and positive psychology based program to lessen anxiety and daily occurring stress.

 

This program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better at dealing with the day to day stresses that life brings them. 

Daily after school, or occasionally throughout the week. The class include:
- Core/Posture workout
- Stretch
- Hammock component
- Stress relief techniques
- Breathing techniques
