ABOUT THIS CLASS

Contortion Basics is an entry-level class focused on safely developing the flexibility and strength needed for contortion work, with a strong emphasis on backbending. Expect: - progressive backbend training (spine, shoulders, hip flexors) - technique for bridges, deeper backbends, and controlled transitions - a small component of handstand work for alignment, shoulder strength, and body control - intro work toward drop-backs and kickovers over time - light splits work to support overall flexibility - strength and active mobility to protect the lower back and shoulders This class is suitable for clients who has been attending our stretch classes on a regular bases & those starting their contortion journey. The focus is on building a safe foundation, body awareness, and control before moving into deeper shapes and advanced elements.


CLASS SCHEDULE


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Classes cannot be rolled over to another package once the date has expired. Package purchases are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is supplied.
