CANCELLATION POLICY
Acknowledgement of Risks I understand that the use of an infrared sauna involves exposure to heat and infrared light, which can affect blood circulation, hydration levels, and body temperature. Potential risks may include (but are not limited to): - Dehydration or dizziness - Low blood pressure or fainting - Heat intolerance or discomfort - Skin irritation or temporary redness Contraindications I confirm that I do not have any of the following conditions, or that I have obtained medical clearance from my doctor before use: - Cardiovascular conditions (including uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, heart disease) - Pregnancy - Fever, infection, or recent illness - Severe or chronic medical conditions that may be aggravated by heat - Recent surgery or acute injury My Responsibilities I will stay hydrated before, during, and after the sauna session. I will use the sauna for the recommended duration only. I will inform Stretch Base Pty Ltd staff immediately if I feel unwell. I accept that it is my responsibility to consult my doctor if I have concerns about using an infrared sauna. Waiver of Liability I acknowledge that the use of the infrared sauna at Stretch Base Pty Ltd is voluntary. I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Stretch Base Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liability, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by proven negligence. Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Sessiona cannot be rolled over to another day. Sessions purchases are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is supplied.
