Get lithe and limber limbs with this floor-based stretch class designed to improve muscle elasticity, prevent injury and develop strength. This class is also great for relieving emotional and physical stress with gentle relaxation techniques. And if you’re keen, we’ll also teach you to do the splits!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Classes cannot be rolled over to another package once the date has expired. Package purchases are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is supplied.
