Yin yoga is a quiet, restful type of yoga which consists of holding passive poses for 4 minutes at a time or longer. The benefits of Yin yoga include increased flexibility, released tension, and the ability to achieve a mindful relaxed state. Yin is such a wonderful break from our fast-paced lifestyles. It helps to release tension in connective tissue/fascia. It's an awesome way to unwind at the end of the week. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that brings about a state of conscious deep sleep. It enables a person to remain aware while achieving a deep relaxation state. This practice typically involves lying down in a comfortable position and following a set of verbal instructions that lead to complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. So if you like you can bring your eye pillow, a comfy sweater or small blanket and prepare to really let go.



Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Classes cannot be rolled over to another package once the date has expired. Package purchases are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is supplied.
