We tailor the exercises to match variety of fitness levels! Everyone can improve their health and wellness with stretching.

Parking?
Plenty of parking close by at Coles Local - 6 Tingwell Bvd or at Eastgardens Westfield Shopping Centre (5 mins walk to studio). We also have free street parking around the studio.

What class should I pick?
Our classes accommodate all skill levels, from beginner to advance. Full Body Stretch class is perfect for beginners. Lower Body Stretch (Split Party) can get intense, but you will find your level and stretch accordingly, so give it a try. Aero Flex is our beginner friendly aerial strength/stretch class. Give it all a GO!
